The site is located in Resolven which is approximately 16 miles north east of the city of Swansea and 7.5 miles to the north east of Neath Town centre.
Resolven has good transport links via the A465 heads of the valleys road which connects to junction 43 of the M4. The site is located on the outskirts of the village on an established industrial estate which is accessed via a single carriageway from the A465.
