How do I book a self storage container?
Booking a self storage container is easy with Lockspot Self Storage, but to make things even easier we have included the quick and easy steps that you need to follow to book your storage unit and start storing.
- Find the self storage location that is closest to you. We have a number of storage sites in different locations, each with drive-up access and strong security.
- Decide what size container you need to store your items. Our most popular size is the 20ft Container, which is enough to store the contents of an average 2-3 bedroom house, but we do also offer smaller units on some of our sites.
- Once you are ready to book, you can complete our online booking form or give us a call to speak directly with a member of our friendly team (see our contact us page for the phone number).
- Our team receive your request and will setup your customer account on our systems. At this stage, when you know you are ready to go ahead and book your unit, our team will take a booking deposit and payment for your first month (we'll always confirm this amount prior to processing your payment).
- When your payment has been processed, we will arrange for you to collect your key, either in-person or via the key box located on the front of your unit. If you are collecting your key from the key box, we will email you your access code with instructions of how to retrieve your key.
- Congratulations, you are now ready to start storing.
